Please note: All and any customs charges, taxes and levies are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping
PACKAGING: Your item will be well packaged for shipping in a sturdy box. I try to ensure that items are packaged as well as possible to minimise any likelihood of damage in transit. Whilst damage very rarely occurs, please note I cannot be responsible for items arriving in a damaged state and it will be necessary to claim against the shipping service for any damage sustained in transit.
SHIPPING: Shipping will be via first class 'signed for' post in the UK unless otherwise stated. High value items worth more than £100 will be sent by special delivery which includes insurance. US and European Union shipping will be by a tracked airmail shipping service.
SHIPPING DAYS: Monday to Friday. I aim to ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment wherever possible but please note this may not always be possible due to work commitments. Orders paid for late on Thursdays or Fridays may not ship until the following Monday. I will always try to let you know if there will be a delay in shipping your items.
CUSTOMS CHARGES & PROCESSING: As the buyer you are responsible for all and any Customs charges, levies, and taxes that may be incurred in shipping your item to you.
Please note that overseas buyers may experience delays due to Customs processing and their own inland postal service which I cannot be held responsible for, so please be patient!
Please check the Customs protocol in your country before ordering to ensure that your country's Customs Service will allow you to import your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Please ensure you read this section in full as certain terms and conditions apply.
Further Exceptions:
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom work is bespoke and made to your order and/or your measurements, therefore no refunds will be made on custom orders unless the item is actually defective.
BRAS AND EARRINGS: I cannot accept returns for decorated bras or earrings for hygiene reasons, unless the item is actually defective.
PRINTED ITEMS: No return or refund on printed items on sale. Misprinted items are offered on a sale basis and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
PRELOVED ITEMS: No return or refund on preloved items. These items are sold at a good 'on sale' discount on the original retail price on account of the fact that they have been worn. I only sell preloved that are in excellent, 'good as new' condition.
Returning an item:
If you are not happy with the item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt however you must contact me within 7 days of receipt to let me know that you wish to return the item or exchange it for another item.
A full refund of the cost of the item and standard outbound shipping cost will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods provided they are received by me in unworn, undamaged, saleable condition.
Alternatively, you may wish to exchange the item. Exchanges can only be made for goods of equal value or higher value. No partial refunds will be made. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
No refund or exchange on sales items.
Express shipping is at your request and will be refunded as standard shipping only.
Return shipping will not be refunded. You are strongly advised to return any items via a tracked and insured shipping service as I cannot be responsible for loss or damage to items being returned for refund or exchange. Compensation for loss or damage incurred during return shipping will need to be claimed by you from the shipping service you use to return the item. I will not refund items damaged or lost by your return shipping service.
Please make sure you check any measurements given on the listing to ensure the item will fit you. My headdresses are designed to fit pretty much everyone so size should not be a problem. Belts, bras, and printed garments have more specific sizing so please make sure you check any measurements given on the listing to ensure the item will fit you.
If you have any questions about size, fit etc, then please get in touch before you order and I will do my best to assist with sizing etc.

Items in a sale will be discounted by the amount stated.
Discount coupon codes are not available on sale items. Payment of the full sale amount will be required before the item can be dispatched.
Gift cards are welcome on sale items.
Sales do not include custom order requests.

No refunds or exchanges on sale items unless the item is defective.
CUSTOM ORDERS
You can order a custom designed piece by contacting me direct or by purchasing a custom deposit listing when available.
We will need to agree your design before work begins so please allow time for us to work on this. I may need certain measurements and information from you so please make sure that you have measured yourself accurately and that all information you supply is correct. I cannot be responsible for designs that don't fit if you haven't given me correct measurements!
I will send you photos of a selection of decorations/fabrics to choose from. It may also be possible to have decorations of your own incorporated into the design but please be aware that you will be responsible for all costs incurred in shipping the items to me, including any customs charges that may be incurred in doing so.
If you have purchased a custom listing, then work will commence once the design has been agreed and the materials sourced.
If you have contacted me direct to order a custom piece, you will be asked to pay a minimum deposit of £30 for items under £75, or £50 for items over £75. Work will commence once the design has been agreed and the materials sourced and you have paid your deposit.
For all custom orders, I reserve the right to retain the deposit to cover the cost of materials and design work in the event of you deciding not to proceed with your order at any time.
Your custom order will be shipped once the balance of the order plus shipping has been paid in full.
IMPORTANT!
I want you to be truly happy with your custom design so you must be clear about what you want before work goes ahead as once I start making your design(s) it may be impossible to change it if you have simply changed your mind about a certain element of the design. I will always try to work with you so you get the best design possible but once we agree your design and work starts, it may not be possible to make anything but minor changes to the design.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are available for orders and custom work over £100.
Please note
* Payment plans are entirely at my discretion and I reserve the right to refuse a request to pay in instalments.
* Your order will not be shipped to you until the full balance including shipping has been paid.
* Payment plans are available for custom order items over £100 but please note that work will not start on your order until you have paid the initial deposit. I reserve the right to stop working on your order, or cancel the order entirely, if payments are not made on time as agreed.
* Lay away and instalment plans are entirely at my discretion and I reserve the right to refuse an instalment plan or lay away an item.
* If you fail to make the appropriate payments on time in accordance with the agreed payment plan, then I reserve the right to re-sell the item at any time. I reserve the right to retain a £30 fee to cover re-selling costs if the item does not re-sell within 8 weeks. Any additional monies paid will only be refunded once the item sells.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for an order of custom made costuming, for example), if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
1. as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
2. when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
3. if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and
4. as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) Compliance with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
1. Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
